Starter to get your admin in order, Pro for the full ERP with unlimited ARIA, Enterprise for multi-company and accounting firms.
Users
Starter covers up to 3 users. Pro is unlimited within one company. Enterprise is sized by portfolio.
Companies managed
One legal entity on Starter and Pro. If you run several — or you are an accounting firm managing a portfolio — that is Enterprise.
What never changes
No lock-in, no setup fee and no card to get started. Spanish-language support and regulatory updates are included in all three plans.
About pricing
Why do you not publish a fixed price?
Because a fair price depends on how many legal entities you manage, how many people will use it and which modules you actually need. A single published figure would overcharge the small and undersell the large. A 20-minute call gets you the number.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. Billing is monthly and you can cancel at any time. If you leave, you take your data: a full export of invoices, accounting, payroll and contacts in standard formats.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Initial setup and data migration happen before you pay anything.
Are regulatory updates charged separately?
No. VeriFactu, SII, TicketBAI, income-tax tables and social security bases are kept current with Spanish law and included in every plan. There are no paid add-on tax modules.
What if I grow and need another plan?
You change plan whenever you want and it is prorated. There is no migration cost between plans and no data loss: it is the same account.
I run an accounting firm with several clients, how does it work?
That is Enterprise: advisor mode with a client portfolio, per-entity permissions and a single login for your team. Pricing is sized by the number of entities managed.
