These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the contracting and use of the VERIX service, provided by [LEGAL NAME] ("VERIX" or the "Provider"). By registering for or subscribing to the service, the user accepts these Terms in full.
1. Service description
VERIX is a SaaS business management platform (ERP) that includes invoicing, accounting, HR and payroll, tax (AEAT), banking (PSD2), CRM and an AI assistant (ARIA). The service is delivered over the internet and requires no local installation.
2. Registration and account
Users must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. They are responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity carried out from their account. VERIX may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
3. Plans, pricing and billing
- Current prices are published on the plans page and are stated excluding VAT unless otherwise indicated.
- Billing is [MONTHLY/ANNUAL] and renews automatically unless cancelled.
- The trial period, where applicable, lasts [Nº DAYS] days.
- The Provider may change prices with at least [Nº DAYS] days' notice.
4. Cancellation and right of withdrawal

5. User obligations
Users undertake to use the service lawfully, not to infringe third-party rights, and not to reverse engineer, resell or abusively overload the platform.
6. Availability and support
The Provider will aim for continuous availability of the service, notwithstanding interruptions for maintenance or force majeure. Applicable service level commitments (SLA) will be detailed, where relevant, in the contracted plan.
7. Data protection and confidentiality
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. VERIX acts as a data processor for the data the user adds to the platform and applies security measures in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR. User data is not used to train AI models.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the [Nº MONTHS] months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. VERIX does not guarantee specific tax or accounting outcomes: final decisions rest with the user or their advisor.
9. Changes to the Terms
The Provider may update these Terms by reasonable means. Continued use of the service after they take effect implies acceptance of the new version.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts of [CITY], save for any mandatory consumer jurisdiction.
